    Stephanie – I’d love to see you blog about a couple things:
    1) sleep – you mentioned to me something that happens in the body from 10p-2a. So, 8 hours of sleep is ok, but not best if it doesn’t include the hours of 10p-2a. I’d like to hear more about this.

    2) the grilled cheese effect – I saw a book by Suzanne Somers on your shelf when I was waiting. Flipped to something about not eating cheese with bread. Why not, what does it do and what’s the best alternative? And, does a rice cake with cheese have the same effect?
