An Evening With Geneen Roth

Geneen Roth, author of Women Food and God, is hosting an evening lecture in New York City on Tuesday, June 15.  Solaris Whole Health would like to invite all clients, family, and friends on a field trip to attend this lecture which takes place from 7-9pm in New York City (exact location TBD).  Of course, the field trip portion is optional (you can meet us at the event as well).  The cost is $25/ticket, but we are offering a special discount of 15%.

Who is Geneen Roth?

Geneen Roth is the author of Women Food and God, When Food is Love (NYT Bestseller), and The Craggy Hole in My Heart.

Geneen believes that “the way you eat is inseparable from your core beliefs about being alive”.  Instead of instantly changing your complicated relationship with food, you must embrace what already exists and begin to contact a new, fresh part of yourself by transforming slowly from within. Our relationship with food is a way of expressing how we are feeling and what our beliefs are at that moment in time.

The “Food/Mood Connection” is a very critical component of each Solaris Whole Health program.  The relationship we have with food is very much intertwined with our mood and emotions.  We work a great deal with our clients on this issue, which is why we believe this field trip to see Geneen Roth will resonate with you.

Geneen has appeared on Oprah, has been published in The New York Times, The Chicago Tribune, and Time, and  is currently traveling the country, providing inspiration to individuals struggling with their relationship to food and the process of  transforming themselves.

Join us for “An Evening with Geneen Roth” on Tuesday, June 15!

If you would like to purchase a ticket or have any questions, please feel free to give us a call at (732) 667-3209 or e-mail us at va@solariswholehealth.com.
