Sweet & Sour Salmon

Ingredients

1lb. of wild caught salmon, rinsed
3 tbsp. plum wine vinegar
4 tbsp. tamari
3 tbsp. mirin
Seasame Seeds

Directions

1. Place salmon in baking dish.
2. Cover with plum wine vinegar, let sit for 5 min.
3. Cover with tamari & mirin.
4. Sprinkle seasame seeds on top.
