Poached Pears Recipe

Ingredients

6 Bosc Pears w/stems rinsed
1 C Apple juice
½ C Maple syrup
3 Sticks cinnamon
8 Cloves

Directions

1. Cut off bottoms of pears, stand up straight in baking pan.
2. Pour juice and syrup over pears and into pan.
3. Add cinnamon and cloves.
4. Bake 4 1 hour @425 degrees.
